March 18, 2020 A Daily Occurrence

So today the reality of what is happening in this crazy world fell over me. ALL the feels going on over here. So many people I know shutting their businesses to support the health of their community. It's a good thing in the long run.....but still breaking my heart to watch it unfold. And just like them, I too will be unable to offer most of "what I do" for a time. And I just feel sad. And I'm going to honor the feelings and give myself grace while I let the feelings wash over me and I will PRAY.
And then.....I got a video call from a family member at just the right moment a.k.a. "a God moment". And I thought "how wonderful to have this technology during this time!"
And now I feel better.
And I'm smiling again.
And the sun is shining.
And my peace is back.
