I've been in a bit of a funk today.
I'm beating myself up for something.
How's that working for me?
It's not.
Someone recently let me know what she does when "negative Nelly" visits. She just simply says, "NO." Sometimes out loud. Sometimes under her breath.
I'll give it a try.........
