January 28, 2020 A Daily Occurrence

These bubbles in the sink are just a snapshot of my morning routine. A moment caught in a typical beginning of a day. You can't see what else is going on (lunches being made, homework piled to the side, perhaps a tension in the air because we are running late....)
1 kings 19:11-12 reminds me that even when 'winds', earthquakes' and 'fires' move, shake and burn, I can still sense His small, gentle, quiet whisper: if I'm listening.
