Selah; a word occurring between verses or paragraphs in parts of the Hebrew Bible, often in the Psalms, perhaps indicating a PAUSE FOR CONTEMPLATION.
It's the first Sunday of Lent. A time of 'Selah'. To pause and contemplate this first week.
